Competition Rules

The contestants must agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set by the Cikoza Foundation.

All participants must be never married.

The deadline of entries (30 October 2025).

All contestants that are not present on the photo shoot day will not be allocated any other special date will miss out on the pageant photoshoot arranged.

Please be advised that Miss Artistic Durban will forfeit completely the registration fee in case you choose to withdraw from the competition and will not be refunded for any reason. Any payment made cannot be transferred to any other contestant, in case you cannot compete you still stand a chance to win the people’s choice price and any people who are not able to collect the price will be delivered to that contestant next of keen or any person responsible.

All contestants must be prepared to answer on stage questions.

Two clear photos must be attached to the application form. a. one full length photo b. one headshot photo

Make sure to bring your A game.

contestants must be from the age of 8 to 35 years

Any incorrect information will result in disqualification whether discovered prior to, during, or after the competition and this will forfeit the registration fee and will not be considered for the people’s choice prices.

contestants must be ready and must report to the designated location at the stipulated time.

Late comers will not be accepted, once the competition is started people who are late will not be accepted however they will still be considered on people’s choice category on the online voting.

contestants or parents are not allowed to discuss or approach judges at any time.

contestants must be a naturally born female to compete in the Beauty Pageant.

contestants understands that the APPLICATION FEE in the amount of R300 must be paid with the submission of the Beauty Pageant Application Form. APPLICATION FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE.

contestants must not be contracted with terms that conflict with those of Miss Artistic Durban beauty pageant

contestants must not be pregnant during the time of the competition.
